A friend got this recipe from a friend that got it from a friend, you know how that goes. Quit Drooling!! These are the most simple cookies to make and are amazing! There were at least 2 more on that plate, I wonder where they went! Here is the recipe:1 Devils food cake mix
1/3 oil
2 eggs
Rolos, the amount depends on how many you eat before they go in the cookies, I'd start with 3 rolls. (they've cheaped out on the packages, you don't have to unwrap each one now.)
Mix the first 3 ingredients, wrap enough around each Rolo until covered, or depending on if you like more cake than caramel, or visey versey.
Place on cookie sheet, I like to use parchment so the bottoms don't get too browned.
Bake at 350 for 9 minutes.
